🐛 Remove duplicate teleport translation keys

Problem

The default file messages.yml declares 4x teleport-related keys twice, causing YAML validators report Map keys must be unique:

• description-tp-toggle
• command-teleport-request-disabled
• command-tp-toggle-enable
• command-tp-toggle-disable

Solution

Remove the 4x repeated entries from the later TPA section, keeping their original definitions.

Both occurrences have identical values, so the effective translations remain unchanged. This fix only removes lines from one resource file.

Validation

• Validated all seven translation files with duplicate keys rejected.
• Compared the English translations before and after: all effective values are unchanged.
• Resource processing completed successfully.
