Addresses #165. No content was removed or added - just moved the placement of exercises in each episode. This touches nearly every episode so feedback is more than welcome!

I tried to consider lesson flow and what might be good timing for formative assessments, but in some episodes felt it was better to leave 2-3 exercises for the very end.

Thank you!

Thank you for your pull request 😃

🤖 This automated message can help you check the rendered files in your submission for clarity. If you have any questions, please feel free to open an issue in {sandpaper}.

If you have files that automatically render output (e.g. R Markdown), then you should check for the following:

  • 🎯 correct output
  • 🖼️ correct figures
  • ❓ new warnings
  • ‼️ new errors

What does this mean?

If you have source files that require output and figures to be generated (e.g. R Markdown), then it is important to make sure the generated figures and output are reproducible.

This output provides a way for you to inspect the output in a diff-friendly manner so that it's easy to see the changes that occur due to new software versions or randomisation.

This episode has the most changes. I'm afraid this makes the diff a bit harder to read directly too - sorry! Might be easier to open up the file on this branch and Cmd+F for 'challenge' to see the new challenge placements.

Might have overdone it a bit - perhaps it is better sometimes to review several concepts at once with back-to-back challenges. Would appreciate thoughts!
