The cloudflare blocks are no longer preventing test file download from hpsweb to github. But the CI tests are still internally failing on some physics criteria. Test file(s) needs updating? @mgignac@bloodyyugo

Yes, not the tests, but the deploy will fail. Tests seem to be Error: Failures: Error: PhysRun2016FeeReconKalmanTest>ReconTest.testRecon:380->ReconTest.comparePlots:252->ReconTest.compareTrees:272->ReconTest.compareHistograms:293 Bin 20 is different for: Bottom <10 Hit Track dEdx expected:<0> but was:<1>
Not sure when this was introduced. Small difference, so we probably can just updated the reference files. Won't have time to do that myself today. Would be great if you could help with this.
Well, someone already familiar with the relevant tests that are currently failing should take a look. If that's now no one, it might be time to disable those tests, else write new ones.

We are also seeing this:
Error: Failed to execute goal org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-deploy-plugin:3.1.1:deploy (default-deploy) on project hps-distribution: Failed to deploy artifacts: Could not transfer artifact org.hps:hps-distribution:pom:5.2.2-20260324.221548-1 from/to lcsim-repo-snapshots (https://srs.slac.stanford.edu/nexus/content/repositories/lcsim-hps-maven2-snapshot/): status code: 403, reason phrase: Forbidden (403) -> [Help 1]baltzell commentedon Mar 26, 2026
That doesn't appear to be the cause of the current github CI test failures though

One can disable the red-herring deployment job with this PR: #1172
But note, doing that doesn't change anything at all, just people's interpretation of a website.
