To mitigate potential connection issues to the SLAC
freeheprepo, we now mirror all thefreehep-jminuitrelease versions:https://code.jlab.org/hallb/clas12/jminuit-maven-mirror/-/packages
This PR switches to using this mirror as a source Maven repo; it also adds more consistent documentation for our
code.jlab.orgrepos, so one can just click a link to go straight to the underlying git repo.
