Regenerate worker types and migration snapshot - #269

Refreshes generated artifacts: the extensions migration snapshot JSON was reformatted (array fields collapsed) without changing schema semantics, and `worker-configuration.d.ts` was regenerated against a newer workerd runtime. The type update pulls in expanded Cloudflare platform definitions, including updated AI model/reasoning types, BrowserRun session/devtools APIs, Artifacts repo capabilities, tracing/tail-stream additions, and workflow event subscription types.
