I build software that connects the device in your hand to the business behind it: payment terminals, banking journeys, configurable workflows and ERP applications. My work spans independent product development and lead engineering roles across mobile, backend and fullstack systems.

Selected work

  • mPOS + mTMS: independently built Android POS and Frappe terminal management, spanning banking and retail payment flows, ISO 8583, ZimSwitch and wallet integrations.
  • Banking workflows: lead fullstack engineer on workflow and document-approval systems; built the portal, Vant Flow form package, and IAM and messaging portals.
  • AFC digital banking: lead mobile engineer on AFC Mobile, with additional WhatsApp banking work.
  • Frappe / ERPNext: lead systems engineering on Simplex integrations, custom business apps and ERP customizations. Zimbabwe compliance work includes fiscalization; payroll and NSSA remain roadmap items.
  • Bulk messaging: asynchronous and batch processing, with optional Kafka integration.

Some of this work is private. The portfolio explains my role and engineering decisions without exposing client source code.

Tools I build and share

  • Vant Flow — configurable forms for Angular and workflow-heavy applications.
  • PyWCE and JAWCE — the WhatsApp ChatBot Engine ecosystem, alongside chatbot testing and emulator tools.
  • In development: Baobab application foundations and KinetiFrame, a mobile-first 2D animation app combining frame-by-frame animation and character rigging.
