docs(glossary): kubectl, apply, last-applied configuration, managed fields and SSA

Adds a How Kubernetes records writes section to the frontend glossary, placed before Optional editing and saving so the editing entries can rely on it:

• kubectl: the command-line client that writes the same objects a page shows.
• kubectl apply and client-side apply: a later apply of the same file resets fields edited in the browser.
• Last-applied-configuration annotation: kubectl's bookkeeping for client-side apply. Gateway projections remove it; the editor keeps it read-only on native objects, and host checks refuse patches that touch it.
• Managed fields and field managers.
• Server-side apply (SSA):
  • ownership conflicts, forcing, and dropped fields;
  • how a browser save then shows up as a conflict on the next apply;
  • why krm-stream uses conditional merge patches instead, linking to proposal 0005's SSA section.

Documentation only. All in-repo links and anchors in the glossary resolve.
