[PWGJE] Add matched proton and pair efficiencies

• Adds charged-jet response and matching QA.
• Adds single-proton tracking, TOF-matching, PID, and total-efficiency histograms.
• Adds same-sign and opposite-sign proton-pair efficiency histograms.
• Fixes MCD track-table binding and removes the unnecessary multiplicity dependency from inclusive same-event processing.
• Fixes include-cleaner and clang-tidy issues.
