Decentralised self-governance for the people it serves.
This concept is a pathfinding hypothesis to many of the trouble-in-paradise wrinkles of alternative living, issues of consensus, scaling, informal power, and alternative systems. At the ambitious end, it may be a scalable, decentralised, modular alternative to institution-led governance. It concerns itself with provisionality, subjectivity, transparency, and self-governance, using direct sampling of community sentiment, representation and equality of opportunity. All of these are trade-offs. It's agnostic to any individual group's why. It's more like an API for communities and connecting communities.
