Fix CTA formatting and image alignment in blog posts #8103

Description

The call-to-action sections in some blog posts do not have consistent formatting between the CTA content and its accompanying images.

For example, the CTA section in:

https://layer5.io/blog/ai/ai-system-1-versus-system-2-tasks

shows formatting/alignment issues that can make the CTA and image feel visually disconnected.

Expected behavior

• CTA text and accompanying image should be properly aligned.
• Spacing around the CTA should be consistent.
• The layout should remain responsive across desktop and mobile viewports.
• CTA sections should follow a consistent visual pattern across blog posts.
