Subject: [PATCH] chore(renovate): onboard to the shared GoodData preset
 (GRIF-1141)

Extends local>gooddata/.github:renovate-config so the org-wide Renovate
configuration (schedule, labels, docker tag grammar, pull-through registry
aliases) applies here.
