What do you want to work on?

what change: 1 line in the formula template in tasks/scripts/release.py (environment_variables PATH: std_service_path_env) and 1 line in its test (python/openshell/release_formula_test.py).
how tested it: before and after on my Mac (openshell 0.1.2, podman 6.1.3), on the default podman machine and on a libkrun one.

Why this change?

Okay well i found out that on Mac when the gateway runs under brew services, it doesn't find podman and doesn't start - it exits with "no responsive Podman API socket found".
why: the service runs with default PATH (/usr/bin:/bin:/usr/sbin:/sbin), which has no /opt/homebrew/bin, and the podman search (pr was #1858) calls it by name podman, not by path.

how i got to this repo: well i was trying to use openshell to run isolated QA agents of my project and my Agent found out openshell itself can't find podman in it
