What happened?

When using an Agent for conversation, sometimes the Agent calls multiple tools at once. In this case, the original automatic scroll-to-bottom feature fails, and the page remains stuck at the position where the tool was called.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Assign a complex task to the Agent to ensure that the Agent can call multiple tools simultaneously.
2. When the Agent starts responding, the page automatically scrolls to the bottom.
3. The Agent begins to call multiple tools at the same time (or the same tool multiple times simultaneously).
4. The automatic scrolling fails, and the page stops at the position of the tool call.
