ALICE3 Forward Detector update

Updated code for ALICE3 Forward Detector (FD).

1. Scintillator modules placed closer to the interaction point
2. Modified eta coverage
3. Two extra Cherenkov radiator arrays

Hi @pkurash many thanks! Would it be possible to rebase to the dev branch? I have the feeling that we changed things already. You can try this with git pull --rebase upstream dev or similar? You can let me know if you need any help! Many thanks!!
